Matt, a Sales Representative with Realty Executives North Bay, Ontario is a veteran of the North Bay Real Estate Board since 2007 and specializes in residential and multi-family real estate transactions.
He is a graduate of the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor degree in English Literature, and he is currently pursuing his Canadian Residential Appraiser designation. Matt is consistently recommended by his clients for his commitment and attention to detail. As an active member of the North Bay community, Matt worked with his colleagues to build awareness of Community Living North Bay.
Matt is a dad to two wonderful children, and husband to Natasha. He enjoys playing music and taking in the outdoors.
Natasha began her real estate career as a Real Estate Office Administrator working alongside a great team of realtors. After getting to know the business and with the encouragement of her husband Matt and the team she became a full-time North Bay real estate professional.
With a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Education from Nipissing University, and a Graphic Design diploma from Georgian College, it is no surprise that her clients praise her creativity and strong work ethic. Her specific areas of real estate expertise include the packaging and marketing of the listings as well as customer services.
Having a background in kitchen and bath design as well as years of working at a paint and decor store during University, she helps sellers stage their homes for sale and can suggests cost effective updates that can help to maximize value.
Natasha is a mom to two small children, and wife to Matt. Her passion for the arts is evident in the work she does volunteering and supporting North Bay’s local arts community.
Mentored by a team of highly respected and influential realtors. Phil is a full-time North Bay real estate professional and a North Bay Real Estate Board (NBREB) Member since 2018.
Phil possesses an Accounting Diploma from Canadore College and enjoys being active in the community, coaching high school football at St. Joseph-Scollard Hall and as a founding member of the Nipissing Wild Football Club
He has worked in building materials wholesale – specifically electrical – and also worked in civil and home construction as a builder and project general manager. All of this experience offers him an eye for a building beyond what many can achieve.
His hobbies include hunting, being outdoors, camping, hiking, and mountain biking.
Cleo Rene Joseph Laframboise, age 66, passed away peacefully at 10:17am on Saturday February 9th, 2019 at North Bay Regional Health Centre in North Bay.
He was born on May 15th 1952 in Sault Ste-Marie, Ontario, to Ernest and Anita (Bilodeau) Laframboise. On October 8th 1977, he married Francoise Seguin. Together, they had two sons. He served with the Canadian Military for 22 years where he made many lifelong friendships with those he served with. He retired in April 1993 and then began a notable career in Real Estate in January 1994-2019. Cleo trained and mentored many realtors and helped numerous families throughout his career. For those who had the chance to work with Cleo knew how special he was. He was passionate about his work and enjoyed helping people.
He was a remarkable story teller, he was a loyal friend, and his work ethic was simply legendary. Cleo touched a lot of lives and he will be sorely missed.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 41 years, Fran; sons, Gabriel (Denise), Mathieu (Natasha), 5 grandchildren; Brothers Rene (Norma), Mitch, Lionel (Marie), Claude (Brenda); Sisters Suzanne (Douglas), Pauline (Steve), and many nieces, nephews and relatives.
Donations in memory of Cleo to the North Bay Food Bank or the Gathering Place will be gratefully acknowledge by his family.
