Phil Sequin helped us buy our cottage/home in Callander, ON. He made the entire process very easy & comfortable, from the first showing to closing.  He knew the property & area very well. He would also follow up quickly when we had questions for the seller.

The Laframboise team was great to work with. Matt and Natasha put lots of effort and time into getting our house on the market and understanding where the market was at. 11/10 recommend Adam. He was so pleasant to deal with, patient ,kind, understanding and really worked around our schedule. If you need someone to help you find a started or a forever home Adam is your guy. He went the extra mile and did things I didn’t even know how to get complete when buying a house for a second time. From visiting houses multiple times (sorry) to ensuring everything was lit up so I could FaceTime my family in. He was honest about the prices and knew all the specifications. My experience with the Laframboise team was exceptional from the very beginning. My very first appointment I was given a very clear and professional presentation about just what service the Laframboise team could provide me. I was very pleased with the professionalism of all the team members. I worked most closely with Adam Legros who listened to my needs and provided sound advice on potential purchases. I was impressed with Adam's general knowledge about house construction. His insight was helpful to identify areas of the home that could use attention, preventative maintenance or provide caution about potential issues.
